Metal injection

The combination of plastic and metal is becoming increasingly common in an increasing number of industries. By combining different materials, it is possible to benefit from of their unique properties. We have extensive experience broad knowledge of injecting metal components in plastic, knowledge and experience we have gained thanks to our many years of partnering with players in the automotive industry. Metal injection is a widely used approach and the demands imposed on function and quality are very stringent. We help you on the road towards finding an effective solution.

Material specification

We can produce plastic components with an injection weight from 0.1 to 3000 g. Our machines are equipped to handle processing of virtually all types of plastic materials. Our machine park includes injection moulding machines for one or more material types in the same part.
